         How to Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

 West Company and SCORE will host an event for the benefit of Glenn County retail businesses.  It is free to anyone who wants to come.
 The "Growing a Business Series" will cover topics that will help businesses understand management concepts and make changes that increase business growth, creating self sufficiency and wealth for the owners.
The location of the workshop is in Willows, at the Eubank Room, which is next to the Willows Library at 201 N. Lassen Street.
This workshop will include a short presentation on sales staff training, product selection, store displays, store layout, and other elements of retail management.  This will be followed by discussion to share experiences and learn more about using outstanding customer service in local business.
